Refund

Ship the belt back, then enter your order details and the tracking number from your return receipt. Nothing is refunded until the carrier scans your return. After that, the refund goes to final approval and we email you when it's issued.

Within 60 days of delivery, there's nothing to wait on from us. Up to one year, we review the request and email you. Past a year, requests are declined.
